Baby Food recipes

  • Baby Pancakes

    • Little Etoile Organic’s Apple, Banana & Pear pouch
    • Eggs
    • Self-raising flour
    • Oil/Butter
    • Fruit of your choice

    1. Pour 1 whole pouch into a bowl
    2. Add 1 egg & Β½ cup of self-raising flour

    3. Mix all ingredients until well combined
    4.Lightly grease pan, cook spoonfuls on low-medium heat

    5. Flip after 5 mins, cook 3–4 mins until golden
    6. Top with your choice of fruit

  • Savoury Muffins

    • Chia seeds
    • Water
    • Little Γ‰toile Sweet Potato, Pumpkin & Corn pouch.
    • Vanilla extract
    • Cinnamon
    • Oats
    • Plan flour

    1. Combine 1 cup plain flour, 1Β½ tsp baking powder, Β½ cup Christmas leftovers, 50g melted butter, ΒΎ cup milk & 1 egg

    2. Squeeze in one Little Γ‰toile Sweet Potato, Pumpkin & Corn pouch.
    3. Mix batter thoroughly.

    4. Lightly grease mini muffin tins and fill with batter.
    5. Bake at 180 Β°C for 15 minutes.

  • Chia Pudding

    • Chia seeds
    • Coconut milk
    • Little Γ‰toile Organic Apple, Banana & Pear Pouch
    • Yoghurt and fruit of your choice (optional)

    1. Combine 2tbsp of chia seeds and ΒΌ cup of coconut milk.
    2. Add a squeeze of pouch

    3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly together until it’s all combined
    4. Refrigerate overnight

    5. Add some yoghurt and fresh fruit (of your choice), & squeeze some more of Little Γ‰toile Organic’s Apple, Banana & Pear pouch on top
